We’re a small but incredibly passionate group of humans, who believe the best way to look after dogs is to feed them as natural a diet as possible. No grains, cheap fillers, chemicals or additives. We only use the highest quality British meat in our kitchen, lots of which is either organic, free range or farm assured and has always been humanely slaughtered. We love all animals and respecting those used for food is extremely important to us. We also list the exact ingredients used on every pack, so you know precisely what you are feeding. Tub. Made in the uk from natural wood fibres sourced from fsc certified & renewable nordic forests that are carbon positive. Certified home compostable or recyclable (rinse & pop in paper bin).
Film. Made from plants! A super clever mix of celluose, sugarcane, cassava & corn. Certified home compostable or recyclable with paper.
Liner. To facilitate packing at optimum quality product may contain paper liner on base.Home compostable or recyclable.
Sleeve. Beautifully Printed in vegetable based inks on sustainably sourced, fsc certified card, home compostable or recyclable.

Delivery
24 hr Courier Delivery Â
All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 8pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £30 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our wool insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool rom our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!
Return & Earn. It gets even better though, because we now have a scheme where you can return your re-useable wool liners to us - for free - and earn £5! Feeding Guide
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
A complementary food for dogs. Feed as is, we’ve mixed a lovely ratio of 80/10/10 meat, bone & offal. A complete raw diet must be varied, feed as many different varieties as possible including fish. Adult Dogs feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (eg. a 10kg dog will require 200-300g each day)
Pups This food is suitable for all ages, see our FAQ page for advice on feeding puppies.
Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
