Here are some t&c's. Subscription products are subject to available stock, in the rare event something isn't available we'll contact you and see if you'd like a substitution. The loyalty scheme launched with our new website on 3rd November 2025 - only subscription orders after this date on the new platform count toward this total. If you cancel your subscription then your loyalty progress will be reset if you resume. Don't worry, if you are going away or simply end up with too much food subscriptions can be paused or deliveries delayed via your account area without effecting loyalty progress.
