Delivery
All orders are delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
DPD will deliver between 8am - 9pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number at checkout - we also suggest you download the DPD app where you can specify a safe place in precise detail.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
New - Choose your delivery day
We now have the option for you to select a future date for your delivery at checkout. So there is no need to order the day before you want it!
New lower, simplified delivery costs
We've hugely simplified our delivery costs. We now only have 2 prices - one if your box/es are full, and one if they aren't.Fill a box, pay less...
8, 16, 30 packs of food | £5.00 Note - Any combination of 16's and 30's will also be eligible for this price - for example order 46 packs, or 90 packs and delivery will still just be £5. Any other qty of packs | £8.50 That's it, no tiers, no complications. Why do we do this? We send our food out in specially insulated boxes designed to fit 16/30 packs of our food exactly - no horrible polystyrene! Filling these boxes exactly makes the food more efficient to deliver, staying cooler in transit AND reducing the carbon footprint of getting each pack to your door. We're passing these efficiency savings on to you. Look out for our handy indicators when you are building your box to help you order in these quantitiesSATURDAY DELIVERY:
Not home during the week to receive your food? No problem, with just a small surcharge we can sort it.
Saturday delivery | + £2EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas.
SMALL MINIMUM ORDER - 8 packs (500g) of food. Please note this only applies if you order any frozen food for the reasons mentioned above about insulated boxes, if extras only then there is no minimium.
AMENDMENTS - You must NOT request a change of your delivery day with the courier (DPD) under any circumstances. This may lead to your food not being delivered on time. Whilst we will go above and beyond to help with any issues caused by DPD not delivering on time, we can't accept any responsibility if it is at the request of the customer.
