We’re a small but incredibly passionate group of humans, who believe the best way to look after dogs is to feed them as natural a diet as possible. No grains, cheap fillers, chemicals or additives. We only use the highest quality British meat in our kitchen, lots of which is either organic, free range or farm assured and has always been humanely slaughtered. We love all animals and respecting those used for food is extremely important to us. We also list the exact ingredients used on every pack, so you know precisely what you are feeding. Christmas Deliveries
We strongly advise ordering by 2pm Thursday 19th Dec to guarantee arrival before Christmas.
Orders placed by 2pm on 23/12/24
will be despatched for delivery 24/12/24
However we anticipate the courier network will be very, very busy 23/24th Dec and any issues that arise we will not be able to rectify until the following week due to the bank holidays so please order earlier than this to avoid disappointment.Â

Please note: Our team will be working hard to stick to the above schedule but in the event of any unforeseen issues due to exceptionally high demand or 3rd party courier network problems orders will always be despatched in the order they are received - so please get your order in as early as possible to avoid delays with your delivery.
24 hr Courier Delivery Â
All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 8pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £30 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our wool insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool from our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!
Return & Earn. It gets even better though, because we now have a scheme where you can return your re-useable wool liners to us - for free - and earn £5! FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
A complementary food for dogs. Mild mince great to use when switching to raw. Perfect for dogs that need to avoid offal for medical reasons, feeding on an upset tummy, or other situations where a gentle diet is required. (Note that offal should be 10% of the diet wherever possible).
