Delivery
24 hr Courier Delivery Â
All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 9pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £20 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.
AMENDMENTS - You must not request a change of your delivery day with the courier (DPD). As our products are perishable, DPD are within their rights to destroy them if not delivered when scheduled by us. We cannot accept any claims where a delivery day has been changed by the recipient. Please contact our customer service team on woof@naturaw.co.uk  if you need any assistance with your delivery.

Naturally Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with clever honeycomb cardboard or wool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!

Feeding Guidelines
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
There are many ways to start raw feeding and depending upon where you ask you will get 101 different methods. Our mild & sensitive minces contains 90% meat and approximately 10% ground bone which we believe makes a great introduction to raw. The starter box will include a few of our balanced minces which contain offal to mix with the mild as you come to the end of the box to begin the gentle introduction to the wider world of RAW!
