No alterations can be made to the New to Raw box, if you have specific requests/allergies then all minces are available to order separately by the individual tub.

ABOUT OUR FOOD

We’re a small but incredibly passionate group of humans, who believe the best way to look after dogs is to feed them as natural a diet as possible. No grains, cheap fillers, chemicals or additives. We only use the highest quality British meat in our kitchen, lots of which is either organic, free range or farm assured and has always been humanely slaughtered. We love all animals and respecting those used for food is extremely important to us. We also list the exact ingredients used on every pack, so you know precisely what you are feeding. We hope your dogs love the products as much as ours do

Tub. Made in the uk from natural wood fibres sourced from fsc certified & renewable nordic forests that are carbon positive. Certified home compostable or recyclable (rinse & pop in paper bin).

Film. Made from plants! A super clever mix of celluose, sugarcane, cassava & corn. Certified home compostable or recyclable with paper.

Liner. To facilitate packing at optimum quality product may contain paper liner on base.Home compostable or recyclable.

Sleeve. Beautifully Printed in vegetable based inks on sustainably sourced, fsc certified card, home compostable or recyclable.

24 hr Courier Delivery

All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).

Dpd will deliver between 8am - 8pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.

EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.

Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool rom our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!

Return & Earn. It gets even better though, because we now have a scheme where you can return your re-useable wool liners to us - for free - and earn £5! Feeding Guidelines

FEEDING GUIDELINES

Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).

There are many ways to start raw feeding and depending upon where you ask you will get 101 different methods. Our mild & sensitive minces contains 90% meat and approximately 10% ground bone which we believe makes a great introduction to raw. The starter box will include a few of our balanced minces which contain offal to mix with the mild as you come to the end of the box to begin the gentle introduction to the wider world of RAW! Adult Dogs feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (eg. a 10kg dog will require 200-300g each day)

Pups This food is suitable for all ages, see our FAQ page for advice on feeding puppies.

Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
