Delivery
24 hr Courier Delivery Â
All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 9pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £20 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.
AMENDMENTS - You must not request a change of your delivery day with the courier (DPD). As our products are perishable, DPD are within their rights to destroy them if not delivered when scheduled by us. We cannot accept any claims where a delivery day has been changed by the recipient. Please contact our customer service team on woof@naturaw.co.uk  if you need any assistance with your delivery.

Feeding Guide
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
A Complete Food For Adult Dogs. Feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (eg. a 10kg dog will require 200-300g each day.
Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
