Christmas Deliveries
We strongly advise ordering by 2pm Thursday 19th Dec to guarantee arrival before Christmas.
Orders placed by 2pm on 23/12/24
will be despatched for delivery 24/12/24
However we anticipate the courier network will be very, very busy 23/24th Dec and any issues that arise we will not be able to rectify until the following week due to the bank holidays so please order earlier than this to avoid disappointment.

Despatched Monday 30/12/24 for delivery on Tuesday 31/12/24.
Excludes orders placed for Saturday delivery by 2pm Friday 27/12/24 - which will be delivered on Saturday 28/12/24

Please note: Our team will be working hard to stick to the above schedule but in the event of any unforeseen issues due to exceptionally high demand or 3rd party courier network problems orders will always be despatched in the order they are received - so please get your order in as early as possible to avoid delays with your delivery.
24 hr Courier Delivery
All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 8pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool from our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!
Return & Earn. It gets even better though, because we now have a scheme where you can return your re-useable wool liners to us - for free - and earn £5! Feeding Guide
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
Feed as approximately 10% of your dogs diet (the other 90% being meat, bone & offal).
A Complementary food for working dogs.
Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
