We’re a small but incredibly passionate group of humans, who believe the best way to look after dogs is to feed them as natural a diet as possible. No grains, cheap fillers, chemicals or additives. We only use the highest quality British meat in our kitchen, lots of which is either organic, free range or farm assured and has always been humanely slaughtered. We love all animals and respecting those used for food is extremely important to us. We also list the exact ingredients used on every pack, so you know precisely what you are feeding. EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £20 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.
AMENDMENTS - You must not request a change of your delivery day with the courier (DPD). As our products are perishable, DPD are within their rights to destroy them if not delivered when scheduled by us. We cannot accept any claims where a delivery day has been changed by the recipient. Please contact our customer service team on woof@naturaw.co.uk  if you need any assistance with your delivery.

Feeding Guide
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
A complementary food for dogs. Feed as is, we’ve mixed a lovely ratio of 80/10/10 meat, bone & offal. A complete raw diet must be varied, feed as many different varieties as possible including fish. For an easy to serve nutritional boost add our forage pure blend as 15% of the daily food - click here.Â
Adult Dogs feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (eg. a 10kg dog will require 200-300g each day)
Pups This food is suitable for all ages, see our FAQ page for advice on feeding puppies.
Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
