We’re a small but incredibly passionate group of humans, who believe the best way to look after dogs is to feed them as natural a diet as possible. No grains, cheap fillers, chemicals or additives. We only use the highest quality British meat in our kitchen, lots of which is either organic, free range or farm assured and has always been humanely slaughtered. We love all animals and respecting those used for food is extremely important to us. We also list the exact ingredients used on every pack, so you know precisely what you are feeding. Please note: Our team will be working hard to stick to the above schedule but in the event of any unforeseen issues due to exceptionally high demand or 3rd party courier network problems orders will always be despatched in the order they are received - so please get your order in as early as possible to avoid delays with your delivery.

All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 9pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool from our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!

Feeding Guide
FEEDING GUIDELINES
Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).
A complementary food for dogs. Feed as is, we’ve mixed a lovely ratio of 80/10/10 meat, bone & offal. A complete raw diet must be varied, feed as many different varieties as possible including fish. For an easy to serve nutritional boost add our forage pure blend as 15% of the daily food - click here.Â
Adult Dogs feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (eg. a 10kg dog will require 200-300g each day)
Pups This food is suitable for all ages, see our FAQ page for advice on feeding puppies.
Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it's sensible that good hygiene should be observed - wash hands and surfaces after handling.
