Last order date for standard next day delivery before Easter: 27th March - 2pm
Bank holidays on Good Friday (29th March) and Easter Monday (1st April) mean that orders received after 2pm on 26th March will not be despatched until at least Tue 2nd April.
Please allow extra time to receive orders the week after the break as we anticipate extremely high demand, get your order in asap to join the queue.

Your order will be delivered in line with the above depending on when your subscription renewal falls. You can bring the date forward (or back) now via your account page. Please note that the renewal date may be the day BEFORE despatch - so give yourself an extra day or two, don’t cut it too fine! Message customer support team if in any doubt.

All orders are now delivered next day as standard on orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Thursday).
Dpd will deliver between 8am - 8pm. You will get an hour window on the morning of delivery - please make sure you supply a mobile number.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be despatched the next working day (Monday) to be delivered on the following Tuesday.
EXCEPTIONS - Regrettably we can no longer offer Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland delivery as these are 48hr delivery areas, which is obviously not suitable for perishable goods. If you are in these areas no delivery option will be presented when you enter your postcode at checkout. In better news, Isle of Wight is now included in our standard delivery area!
MIN ORDER - £30 in the raw food section (if you are adding any items of raw food). This is so that we can pack orders efficiently in our wool insulated boxes so they arrive nice and frozen for you.

FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect from our Thorp Arch HQ (LS23 7EG), usually the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
Wool Insulated Packaging. We're proud to say that every order is sent in our rather fetching insulated boxes lined with natural sheeps wool rom our friends at Woolcool. That's right, there's no horrible polystyrene in sight!
Return & Earn. It gets even better though, because we now have a scheme where you can return your re-useable wool liners to us - for free - and earn £5! In 2018 we took the bold step of packing all orders in natural wool insulation designed with our friends at Woolcool, rather than pretty nasty polystyrene, and we’ve never looked back. Â The liners are filled with 100% natural virgin sheep wool, inside a recyclable, food grade wrapper so that they can be reused, cutting down on waste altogether.
And about that – we have a simple and incredibly popular returns scheme where you can bag yourself some free credit for helping us to reuse them. It costs you absolutely nothing, is quick and easy and saves precious resources from the planet. Winner winner – whatever flavour you choose – dinner.
