One of the greatest benefits of raw feeding is the shiny gnashers it produces! Feeding chunks and bones provides mental stimulation, extending mealtimes beyond that of minces. Meaty bones in particular are a great natural toothbrush. Don’t underestimate your pets, our kittens manage whole chicken necks and half duck necks with gusto, and our Ridgeback pup Ada had her first full chicken carcass at 14 weeks! Bone contents listed are approximations as meats being a natural product they can vary. We would always recommend following a boney meal with a boneless one.
Remember bone should only be around 10% of the diet – therefore minces containing 40% bone should make up no more than ¼ of feed (even less if whole bones are fed too)
